I've just seen as one member posted his denial of H1b in Indian consulate..

Hi All this is what the document structure one get in Chennai if visa get's refused under 221g these are the additional information that one need to provide.Find document as an attachment. This is to help one to go better prepared while going for H1B visa stamping.
