Yay! I finally got my labor cert (EB2/PD=Aug 2001) approved after a 6+ year wait. I'm going to talk to my attorney about filing Premium I-140 and 485 - Consular Processing - simultaneously since my PD is current. Based on what i've heard, Premium I-140 is getting approved within 2 weeks which means I could have that approved by the end of Jan '07.
My question to the forum is -
1) How long should I expect it to take to get approval for GC from Jan 30th if I'm filing Consulate Processing in India (probably Mumbai)?
2) What is an AC-140 and can that speed things up?
3) Can I have my interview in a non-Indian consulate (like Matamoros, MX) for example and could that also speed things up?
