I just received this information via email regarding my wife's case.
"Your wife can to come to the US Consulate, Lagos any day except Wednesday by 11.00am and join the inquiry line, we would give all the information she who need. However, Memphis Immigration office where you processed your case will have to transfer your file so we can process your wife's case.

Why Memphis has to send my files to Lagos consulate? Are they refering to I-824 approval.
