Hello Guys,
I live in Canada and my PD is about to be current, i was in the US when my dad sent my I-130 to Vermont center in June 04 and got approved and forwarded to NVC in Dec 04, i dont know what to do if i wanted to change my consular processing to either Canada or my home country, and if i can, can i start some of the processing In Canada and get the Interview back home?
