My Case--
"I have applied for GC in employment base EB2 category and my priority date is march 2006 ,is current now.I-140 approved with Adjustment of status.
My recidency in India comes under Mumbai Consulate"

(Q1) Can I apply through my attorney for consular processing (from adjustment of status to Consular Processing) by sending documents with I-824 receipt notice at Immigrant Visa Unit, U.S. Consulate Mumbai 400026 ?
If not then will me case will be delayed becasue first I applied for AOS and now changing to CP OR It will take more time as those who applied for CP while filing I140 ?

(Q2) Can you suggest some good lawyer who do Consular Processing with AC I140

(Q3) Is my case is AC-I140 Consular Processing ? Does any one doing AC-I140 Consular Processing bcos adtes are current ??
