Consular Processing !!!

TSC received my immigrant visa without the "Immigration Inspector's Admission Stamp". I sent a copy of my I-551 stamp to TSC. Haven't heard from them for the last 3 months. In normal cases, receiving the plastic card takes 1 month max.

Anybody had the same problem? How long did it take to receive the plastic card.

You can check various web sites out there, one of which is "cptracker.com". A couple of years ago, it used to take about 3-4 months to receive after date of entry. This year, two of my friends received in 10 and 23 days. Even the receipt notice I received from TSC says it takes between 30 to 60 days. Never heard 1 year.
