Consular Processing

I just cleared my 1-140 and am waiting for the Pkt 3 documents from NVC. I have opted for consular processing in Singapore. Do I need to send the following documents with my Packet 3.

Police Clearance Certificate
Birth Certificates
Marriage Certificates
Degree Certificates etc.

Any help is appreciated.

u dont need to send any documents with P4, not even marriage certificate or BCs for your kids...

but surely you can work towards getting those docs ready - you would need all of them on the interview day..

BTW, since u r going to do ur CP in S\'pore, u would need PCs for your stay in India too ie if you have ever stayed in India after the age of 16.
