Consular processing vs AOS for a L1 Visa

I have my I140 approved and I am on a L1A Visa.I will like to know if CP on L1 is OK.

What r the Pros n Cons for CP and AOS for L1A??

Will appreciate all and any help on the abv...

If your parents are on L-1A they are eligible for the EB-1 category green card processing. (Not necessarily if they are L-1B\'s).

I-140\'s could take 2- 6 months to get approved.
