My Packet 3 has just reached New Delhi Consulate on Jan. 17th 2002. Can anyone suggest me my tentaive date/month of Interview?
Secondly, What is this form IRS 9003? How to obtain this and from where?

Any concrete advice will be appreciated.

If scheduling will be same as prior to Jan 2002, then there is good chance that your case will be assigned an interview date at around Feb 10th for a March interview.

You can download IRS9003 from immihelp.com click filable forms.
 
yep! i\'d say u will most likely get march interview

pls check cptracker.com and also enter ur timeline there as it serves everybody...
timelines for myself and Oct140 r an aberration than regular in terms of interview dates-P3 entered in the system, but u should get the March interview....
This is the time to take care of PCC from Indian Consulate in US..

I heard that you must file the \'blue\' copy of IRS-9003, so make sure you have the original. Your lawyer shd have it.
