I got married in Dec 2000. I dont have a marriage certificate.
Can I get a certificate, while I am in USA, I mean can my family apply for one, send me the form, and I sign it?
Or Do I need to got to India myself for that.

Please let me know. I dont know what to do, someone please reply...
