After that, company A has been aquired by Company B.
After the aquisition, company B applied for Amended I-140.
Now my I-140 through company A has been approved.
Do I need to wait for Amended I-140 be approved to go for
Consular processing ? I know that I-485 goes parallel with
amended I-140.
