With this new development today, I am weighing all my options. I would appreciate if someone can help me on the following:
1) I go overseas frequently for my company and sometimes stay up to six months, shall I go for consular processing or adjustment of status?
2) If I choose to go with adjustment of status, will I still be able to keep my H1 status so that I can travel outside the country?
3) Which one is faster: adjustment of status or consular processing?
4) can consular processing be done in the third country or do you absolutely have to go back to your own country?
