I studied from 1992-1996 as a F1. In 1993 my parents filled petition for me in 1993. After school I became on H1 (till now).
Family based category is current and I am confused what should I do (please help!)?
- Go back for for CP in india (NVC has notified that visa has been sent there)?
- Apply for AOS (get EAD/AP) and wait for many years?
- What problems AOS or CP will give me? Have I violated non-immigrant status in 1993 when my parents applied for me (I was F1 then) or my H1 (dual intent) is fine now? I have been in status for a every single day.
Please help! Thanks in advance for any advise/suggestion you could give.
