Consular Processing !! Help Needed

Hi Gurus,
I have submitted my packet 3 with the chennai consulate on jan 3rd with all my originals as per my lawyer instructions. At that point of time I had only the Receipt notice from the NVC without the Visa Number. Now yesterday I recieved my Visa Number from NVC with P3 info again. Can anyone tell me what excatly I should be doing now as my original I140
and of230 were already their at chennai. Do I need to file with St.louis again with all the information one more time. I am in EB2.any help in this matter is really appreciated.

One more quick question my lawyer says in the new P3 my wife\'s name doesn\'t appear in the document. can any one tell me the exact prodedure to add wife\'s name after recieving the packet 3.

Police Clearance Certificate at Mumbai consulate for CP

Guys,
I have my I-140 approved just two days before and plan to go for CP at Mumbai consulate. Can anybody tell me if I need to have a police clearance certificate? I have been staying in US for the past 3 years and have lived in India in number of places before coming to US. It seems the rules for CP regarding PCC are different for every consulate - for example, Chennai consulate explicitely mentions about the requirement for PCC; however, Mumbai consulate does not.

Any information reardging this will be appreciated.

Although I heard of missing spouse name, better contact consulate and tell them about her.
Difficult to say what you should do now with your originals sent to consulate:
* Its possible they will accept your case and handle it. You need to contact them and ask them.
* Its possible that NVC processing will be requested by the consulate, in which case they might send your originals for you. Make sure that is what they\'ll do.

Technically, you should have waited for P3 to be received and follow the instructions included. If instructions said send it to NVC, you should have done that.
