Consular Processing dilemma

i had previously filed for GC under EB3 India under consular processing. my file had reached Bombay consulate but I never got the call from the consulate for the interview because my PD was not current. And now next month my priority date is going to be current again next month BUT i changed jobs last year (but I am still with the same company) and started a new job with new PERM file application under EB2.

Now my questions are as follows:

1) My company is okay with the fact that I can get my old job back for CP interview purposes. Since GC is based on future job, is it a problem if i changed jobs last year and now i am showing that i want to go back to my old job after GC? Would this raise a red flag at the consulate?

2) my employer is okay with the fact that i can get my old job back but still wants me to continue my new job that i took up last year. So is it okay to list in the employment letter to mention that my job after GC will be both jobs or should i just mention my old job for which the GC is based?

let me know your thoughts....thanks
