Consular Processing Delays- Entitled for Legal Assistance?

It is my understanding that if at CP and visa is denied there is NO post interview appeal/legal procedure what so ever, is that correct?

What if there are unnecessary delays after interview, can immigration lawyers in US get involved in CP cases with Dept. of State or KCC in US?

Appreciate any info on this regards.
 
You need to start with your senator to have the embassy to explain their reasoning.
