Hello,


My 140 has been approved.
I am Indian citizen.
For the past three years, I have been working in Germany.
Can I opt for American consulate in Germany ?
Is it must go to american consulate in India ?

I went to American consulate in Germany for H1-B visa.

Any examples pros and cons.

I can't say for Germany but for Canada, the requirements are that you are either a citizen of Canada, or a permanent resident with a visa that is good for another 6 months in Canada. I suspect the requirements will be similar for Germany, so if you meet the requirements, then sure, you can go to Germany. It appears however that you are no longer in Germany and don't have PR there, so then you would not qualify (and must go to India for CP).
