I just had an EB1 OR petition approved at USCIS. I requested consular processing and the approval notice has been sent to National Visa Center.
Anyone
1) Ever had an EB or any other consular processing experience in Chennai? Any recent experience?
2) If so, what is the average wait time to get an interview after I-140 approval?
3) If I decide to switch to Adjustment (AOS), what is the procedure and delay?
4) If for any reason our AOS gets denied, can I switch back to CP? If so, would I have to wait for I-824 approval or just the receipt?
Please let me know ASAP.
