I have applied for I140 and I485 concurrently in May 2004 and got my 140 approved. Last week i also recieved appointment for my Finger Printing.
I am planning to go to India in May and get married. Is it possible to apply consular processing for my spouse or do i need to get her back to US in H4 (i have valid H1) and then add her to my GC?
Is there a provision to apply CP for my Spouse separately?
Any suggestions in this matter would be of great help.
