My father is US Citizen he filed I-130 for my sister's family in March 2001, In 2006 I-130 approved and than in late 2009 dates got current so than NVC processed done for interview which took place in May 2010.
My father called Mumbai consulate and they want us to send an email for extension.
My brother in-law signed as guarantor to his friend's residential loan and it was kind of scan his friend ran to several banks and since 2006 its really mess due to never ending Judicial process. He agreed to pay the loan amount to bank and now bank is dragging the issue and if they don't submit PCC to consulate they might close the file.
Brother in-law has 6 months PCC and all other family members has unrestricted PCC.
We need to send a letter explaining and requesting extension beyond May, also issue visa to other family members and if possible to brother-in-law
