Hello all,
I'm still stuck in NY Labor Cert, "looking forward" to being stuck in the I-140 / I-485 queue.
I have been reading VSC forums to begin education process.
As crazy as it seems, I have to believe there is reason to the VSC madness.
Why are you guys splitting trackers? Especially when approvals are all over the place?
I would like to suggest that they are all combined into one and that you add state where the labor cert was originally filed and the priority date. I have to believe these two pieces of info could shed some light on VSC selection process.
Of course, feel free to think that I am just crazy.
