Considered early filing?

We are 2024AF00066xx. According to the June Visa Buletin.
THE DIVERSITY (DV) IMMIGRANT CATEGORY RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN JULY for our region is 67,500.

I am planning to file for AOS. around 8th of June.... would that still be seen as an early filing? Should I include the Early Filing Memorandum in our application packs too? Include it, or not?
