Consequence of staying outside of Canada for more than 3 yrs

Guys:-

I am a PR of Canada, but I never loved in Canada. I landed in March, 2003 and will be completing my 3 year limit next month. What can happen if I decide to go to Canada sometime this yr. (i.e. after March) using my PR. Do u guys think that I will not be allowed to enter, since I did not live 2 out of 5 yrs. in Canada? I live in U.S and do not work for a Canadian company.

hi

i have been in the same position..tho when i was told i would not be let into canada if i entered after 3 yrs..i entered when there was just a day left for 3yrs to complete..
i have left canada again ...
i think if i wish to go to canada now i will have to apply for a visa
