Consecutive entry/exit/entry on AP: any issues?

Hi,
The wife and i just came back to the US ( I have a GC and she has a pending AOS. She used AP for entry - no issues) from a trip to our native country. Entry was end of March 08 and we were gone for 19 days.

I might need to be in Europe for about 6-8 weeks for work, so thinking of taking her along. This could be end of Apr-May time frame.

Question: Are there any potential issues for the spouse while coming back? (Like CBP inspector asking: why are you traveling so much and denying entry...)

PS: Wife's AP is valid till end of Sep 08 and she is paroled till Mar 09. Of course we would be back before end of Sep 08.

Grey area.
The technical reason for AP is for emergency travel but pretty much everyone uses it for vaction or visiting home country and the majority of them have no issues.
No one can advise you with a simple go/don't go.
Decide for yourself.
