Heard a lot about this website. Finally visitng it. Need advise. My current status: H1-B extension in-waiting, I140 approved, I-485 in-waiting. Or in other words, status is : Hanging in air....
1. My fiancee is a Belgium citizen. We are thinking of getting married this January in US before my 485 gets approved so that her application can be accompanied with mine as well. Now question is how shall she come here. First of all she could come only for 15 days for a while because of some responsibliites at work. So I will not be able to file for her 485 immediately. She could come here either thru' a visa waiver program (bet' US and Belgium gov.) or applying for a tourist visa. Then she can go back and come again with H-4 stamp. Later I can apply for 485.
If any of the guys out there have such experience, can you please advise if the above plan is OK? Or can there be any concern when her application will be considered?
Ques 2. Can I leave the country and get 2nd H1-B stamped without any problem?
