Filed I-730 and asked Congressmen to help since he has power to expedite my application.
He responded immediately with understanding and good will to help.
In his second letter he told me it usually takes about one month to BCIS to respond to his inquiry.
Yesterday one month after, got letter from Congressmen:
"I have not yet received a response to my inquiry. Therefore I have made another inquiry with BCIS on your behalf. I will contact you......"
How this can happen? This is not me and my husband or some of you any more this is CONGRESSMEN who is doing his best to maintain communication with BCIS with no response.
God help us all.
