I live in fremont,california and would like to know whom do I contact if I need to escalate my case to the local congress person or is it Senate ?

Any help appreciated

dont delay. contact ur congress rep or senator..
find ur congress rep by zip code here.. http://www.house.gov/
and senator by state at http://www.senate.gov/
for whom to approach congress rep vs senator, browse the
forum. there is much info there.
my 2c, two senators represent the state, so their case workers
*might* be overloaded compared to the case workers of the
congress rep.
note that u can only go to the congress rep based on ur residential
zip code.

Hi, I’m also in similar situation and just wanted to know how to approach the senator's office to expediate the case.Please advise me in this regards. I w'd really appreciate if you can guide me thru...like do i need to have all the documents ready like 140 receipts and labor copy also how should i approach when i first call them like so & so..can u breif me in this matter as how shoud l i start with.
