Which Congressman did you find helpful in the state of Illinois to inquire about approval? This is a case where spouse hasn't been approval. No updates for spouse on Adv. Prl. or EAD either. What should one write in their letter inquiring about approval? Can you please provide examples? THANKS!!!

Not Mr. Hyde

I had very tough time talking with his staff, horrible people to talk. Mr Fitzgerald staff was OK, Mr. Durbin people are very friendly and approachable. But both guys got a response for my case, but told me they cant help on name-check area from FBI. who can help me, may be horhe in DC.

for the info..what did you write to them in your request? in my case I got it but spouse didn't.....so we are still wondering what the heck is going on...so frustrating...... what about senator's office???

Just call Senetors office

they send you request form, fill it up and send it. BTW whats your AD, ND and RD?
