Congressman/Senator in GA

Guys and Gals,

Mine and my wifes APs have been pending at TSC for over 6 months now and my lawyers just can't seem to get any sort of update on their status. We have tried AILA inquiries, phone inquiries and letters. Needless to say, nothing has worked. I am now trying to take this to the next level by writing to my local area congressman or senator and see if they can give me some update on the status of the AP. The TSC has already messed up my case by transferring it to a wrong local office and then bringing it back. There are just to many other mistakes that they have made with my case and I believe they continue to screw it up.

Can someone please let me know how I should go about writing the letter and also who I should write to. Any information will be helpful at this point.

Writing to Congressman

I would suggest you to write to congressman because they deal with limited area as compared with a senator. Also it depends on the person handling immigration in senator/congressman office. I have worked with people in senator/congressman office who will return your call next day and some others who do not care and notreturn your call for weeks.

So do some research about the law-makers from your area and call them by phone.
