Congressman says I should expect an REF...

Recieved a call from Congressman office that my case is assigned to an officer, who is planning to send RFE. There is no more information in their system regarding what kind of RFE it could be. But she was GUESSing that usually it is for employment verification.

keeping my hopes down again :(

which congressman you have contacted?

Which state are you in?? Also, how you contacted the congress man?

Did you try calling FBI to find out the status of your FP2? Also you could send a fax with your A#, full name, DOB to name check dept. I found about this name check thing from this forum last week and sent a fax. Keeping my fingers corssed.
 
I have done that and was advised by fax pneding since 1-03 and cannot be helped any further, any body else got such a response?

RD 10-01
ND 12-01
LUD 5-04
FP 2 8-03

No RFE or nothing.
