Congressman or Senator ?

I have contacted my congressman's office and not satisfied even with the style the office person responds. It too me over 10 phone calls for him to even call back to me after 20 days.

Now I am thinking of contacting The Senator simulataneously.

Q1, Can I ALSO contact senator while request pending with Congressman ?
Q2, Is it worth the effort, would it upset people at the congressman's office ?
 
You should not have any problems. I contacted both my congressman and senator simultaneously regarding my EAD/AP. Congressman's office got my iEAD issued at the local ASC. Senator's office took some time to respond and by then I already got my iEAD. Their office then followed up with VSC regarding my AP.

So, try both offices (in fact, most likely, they do not interact with each other)

For iead .. I am schedulin appointment with USCIS

but for I485 I am putting both engines .. congress and senate ;) they are gettin ready for Elections and pretending to be busy .. lol
