Congressman office says approved BUT online say not

Had asked the congressman office to help for my EAD renewals. They confirmed today that EAD's were approved today. However online it does not showso. Only one case shows appproved . The other ( spouses) does not even show an updated LUD.
Can it be possible that cases were approved but online was not updated.
Some one please reply. It is driving me nuts here .

Yes, I've read here some cases where there is no update online but people receive their approvals in the mail. However, this doesn't happen very often. Have you called USCIS to check? Or have you called the congressman's office and double checked that both of them were actually approved?
 
I did call the Congessman's office and double checked and they confirmed it again.
On my another call to check again they sounded irritated a little bit so I thought I would wait for a couple of days. But you are right I should call USCIS and check maybe they have an approval.
