Hi,
I contacted the local congreeman office and provided all the documents to initiate inquiry for the name check pending.

Congressman office folks do not know whom should they send the request to.

Do you guys know whom should they contact first?. I mean do they need to send the inquiries to FBI or TSC?.

The congressman office people they are not sure about it.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks ...

Can anybody answer this please, I am also in same situation and planning to contact local senator. My case is pending in TSC and I guess it is stuck up with Name Check, Now i want talk to local senator but they would not know where to enquire the case is it TSC OR FBI or ?

I suggest to tell them to contact FBI.
If FBI says your namecheck is clear you can push USCIS.
If USCIS says your namecheck is pending then it's an absolute zero of useful information.
If FBI says your namecheck is pending then you'd know whom to blame.

I contacted my Congressman - Daryl Issa. One of his case workers contacted FBI directly at the beginning of Dec. The reply took almost 2 months.
