I just talked with my local congressman's office regarding the fax I sent to them to seek help last week.

I was told they called INS vermont center on 09/12, and was told to wait 30-60 days....

I feel I'm beyond any hope....

NO FP2

Y zhang, your problem is stuck with 2nd fp. Like many others, your fp expired but no 2nd fp notice issued, that's the main problem of all Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan cases pending. However, there's no way to trigger it unless congressman office helps.
It's not guaranteed that every office can help you. I would
suggest switch to a senator office. This congressman seems useless.

Also, post your state information see if anyone can suggest you a good senator office.

Good luck!

Senator told me that I should get 2nd FP in 3-4 weeks so far 3 weeks have passed and no sign of the Fre*** FP notice, this whole process is making me sick....

RD 10/01
NOTHING

dengdeng, I am having a feeling may be we donot need 2nd FP, our cases are already picked by an officer and they are doing religious workers cases in the middle. I think after the end of the month either we get 2nd FP, or rfe or approval. Who knows. Now this is solely my thought

Yeah, right I am hearing this sort of fre**** excuses from BCIS since last year, this is nothing but torture, we are better off if we would have come to U.S illegally as I think they are given more priority

I'm in CA. I picked my local congressman coz I heard senators are most likely busy and slow on acting on helping on immigration issues.
