Hello,
I am having some seroius probelms with my Advance parole.
I applied for AP in Nov 2004 but my lawyer by mistake filed in Vermont service center. The AP got transfered in Dec 2004 to TSC. But I did not hear for any approval till Jun 2005. I did the inquiry in Jun 205 and they said that it was approved and sent to my old address.
I gave up on that AP and applied a new one through TSC in Oct 2005.
In Feb 2006 I got a reply back that my AP was denied. My lawyer says that since my AP was approved before (eventhough i did not received it) the curreent AP was denied.
So how do I contact the congressman or senator here ...Will they be able to help me here ? I really need to go to India and I am stuck..been waiting for my AP for over 1.5 years....
My PD is 12/2003/EB3/India. So I have lost hope of getting GC for next 2 years...
Only hope of going to india is the AP...
