My Green card labor process in company A is still pending for last 3 years. With Company A, still I am in H1B and maintaining H1B status.
I got pre-approved labor with company B, and maintaining valid AP/EAD.
I plan to go India in Jan 2006 using AP - Company B even though I am in valid H1B status with company A.
Questions:
1. When I enter Port of Entry using with Company B AP, will there be a problem at Port of Entry.
2. Even if enter with Company B AP, can still continue to work in Company A with valid H1B Status?
Because of Chennai consulate Visa appointments, I plan to pursue this option. Please advise.
