My wife had applied for citizenship along with me. We both got the finger printing and interview notification together. During the interview, my wife was told that her name and another applicant's name are the same and that INS was not sure if they attached the right finger printing documents to the right person. She completed the interview and came back. She was asked to again go for the finger printing and she completed it. It has been another 4 to 5 months now and we did not receive any response back from INS. What is the best way to approach this issue? Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas.
