The December 2000 priority dates are out for India on Chennai and Mumbai consulate web sites. However, the dates reported on the two websites are contradictory to each other. Here are the dates as of 11/14/2000, 8.00 AM EST:

EB2: June 1, 1999
EB3: April 15, 1997
Mumbai:
EB1: Current
EB2: January 1, 2000
EB3: March 8, 1997
It seems one set of dates is influenced by Bush and the other by Gore. Hmmm.. even the state department is deeply divided on partisan lines
. Let us wait and see which set of dates prevails ultimately.
