Confusion in AC21 Clause

Hi Guys,
I have little confusion regarding AC21 clause, this is what I think
According to me a person can change job after 180 days of RD of I 485, but I have seen here couple of postings which say within 180 days you can change the job. What do you say guys

You can change employers at any time after filing 485.

Some cautions to take note of :-

Situation1
If you have changed employer within 6 months of RD AND
ur former employer withdraws/revokes GC process AND
INS grants the revocation AND
all this happens within 6 months of RD
then GC is a goner.

Situation2
If INS approves ur case within 6 months of RD AND
you have changed employer within 6 months of RD AND
INS come to know of the change at a later stage
then technically INS can dissallow ur GC.

Situation3
If INS approves ur case after 6 months of RD
then you are fine with whatever changes you have made.
