I checked the Dept. of State website and noticed that the H1 visa has a validaty of 3 months. What does the VALIDATY time mean? Suppose the visa is issued on April 30, should I come back to the US by the end of July? Another interpretation for that is that I have to use the visa with 3 months. I was confused. Can any body advise me on this? Thanks in advance!
