My wife is filing for an extension on her K-3 status, the delay in Las Vegas for I 485
is still terrible.
In filling out the I-539
Part 3 Question 1 asks for how long of an extension, whats a good answer?
Part 4 Question 2 Foreign Address "does this get an N/A "?
Part 4 Question 3 G I f answered Yes, requires and explaination, The what,were and How much,I am fine with , but the part that asks "Whether the employement was specifically authorized by INS" thats my question...is this a NO
