My I-140 was received on 04/29/02 I have not done the concurrent for I-485 as I was waiting for the birth cerificate of my children and affidavit they took all this time my children and wife are not with me, but when I took them to my lawyer he said that I don't need them and he was also saying that I don't need the pay stubs. Is that right if not what can I do.
