I would'nt care much about IO on phone...

Infopass IO informed that everything was clear and July visa number allocated
TSC/phone IO informed that secondary security checks are pending..( early this week)
Got magic email today...

Its better to take Infopass appointment to confirm things...

Today i called TSC IO and i was told my NC is pending but as per my last Info pass "Every thing is clear" :confused: . Anyone on the same boat? I just faxed a letter to FL

I also had the same experience, INFO pass IO said everything got cleared, then last week onw IO said, my name check is not cleared,
this week another IS said my NC and FP got cleared and assigned to an officer, but no VISA no assigned...I do not know what to believe, anyway I scheduled another INOF pass next friday.

Can you help me how we can send a FAX to first Lady, everybody is talking about, can you help me with information. you can send the format to spattalil@yahoo.com

Same experience with me too. As per info pass and congressman office my NC is cleared and waiting for approval.

But today IO said my nc is not cleared.(So funny)

As per my experience, we should not believe TSC IO's.

If u know any info help me out.. it's really appreciates
we went to Infopass local office they told us both of NC every thing is cleared in march 2006when we called 3 times they said one officer yes its cleared, and waiting for visa available 2 officers not cleared for primary applicant, it's all the times said cleared for derivative.

Last week I contacted congressman & I got reply from them applications r pending awaiting for an officer,
but they did not mentioned about NC....

This week I contacted NJ Senator and waiting for reply & they take more time.. let see
I taken infopass appt agaian for next week
or else what is better way...what about ombudsman..
or First Lady letter is it better.. do we need attach FIOA (fbi)
please give me feed back & u r side info...

Actually my application denied in VSC & MTR re opened I-140 approved & reconsidered for I-485 in June 2005.
then trsfd to TSC now pending over there ..
we got both FP code 3....

when we called TSC they said needs to be work on again from begin is it true..
will they ask 2 nd time NC request..

any way what ever u know please help me out..
