Confused with Finger Print Process and dates

Hi,

My I-140 ND is May 5th 2003
EAD issued June 20th 2003
140 RFE on April 22 nd 2004
Replied to RFE on 28th April.

I was told last year that there will be finger printing done
in 180 days of submission of I-40 and 485 ,Correct me if I am wrong.
Till date i haven,t recieved any letter in that regard.

Is there any way that i can check the finger print processing dates.

Has Anybody recieved fingerprint notice from USCIS from May 2003.
Please shed some light on this issue.

You might be unlucky since the last wave of FP notices were for the people up to the first half of June 2003 (the FP notice date was 2/27/2004). Ask your lawyer, he might open an inquiry to see what happened ...

Yes, I have ND 05/08/03...I have rec FP and completed it in early March!!

My FP is also completed in March 2004.
