I am a f-1 visa holder. I am a Malaysian while my husband in an Indian.My husband had recently applied for f2 visa, and was refused under section 241(b). The main reason was we didnt provide the marriage album during the interview, where we didnt give any marriage ceremonies. Tyhe officer who interviewed my husband also told him that he could not understand what is written there in the marriage certificate (it is written mostly in Tamil). Is it necessary that we provide them the court marriage certificate, or we can do something else with the certificate? He will take the marriage album with him this time. Thank you.
