Hi guys,
Today I e-filled my I-140 application for EB1-EA and according to the generated reciept, the supporting documents should be mailed to the below address:

USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 851391
Mesquite, TX 75185-1391

The problem is that I want to do the Premium Processing, but according to the I-907 Instructuion, it is supposed to go to:

USCIS Texas Service Center
4141 North St. Augustine Road
Dallas, TX 75227

These two service centers are obviously different. Where should I send this? I tried to file the I-907 (PP) online. But it gives me an error saying that it can not locate my I-140 application. I assume it is because I just filed my I-140 petition. I slso should mention that I have an EB2-NIW pending case at Neberska Service Center.

Thanks for any input,
Thanks
Reza

Resolution

I had the exact same situation last Monday night when I e-filed the I-140 EB-1 EA.

Follow the instructions exactly as you have in your email. US Express mail your supporting documentation ASAP. and Fedex your PP request to the address on form with payment and confirmation receipt from e-filing. In my case, I did wait few days to Fedex my PP until the TSC received the supportive evidence. Otherwise, it is not fair to ask them to start the clock without having received the material.

I did it after consulting the Texas premium processing folks and the e-filing support folks. They approved my case in less than one day after recieving PP request.

Thanks niwnow,
It is great to hear such good news from you. Hope I have the same luck.
I just have a quick question:
Did you send the copy of I-140 e-filed to the PP office? Or did you just sent them the Confirmation Reciept? According to the I-907 Instructions, the Confirmation recipt should be fine, but I wasn't sure.

Also for supporting documentation, do we need to submit ETA-750b form as we did for NIW filing?

Thanks,
Reza

Yes, just the confirmation receipt will do. You may not have to send all of the e-filed I-140 application. Be sure to fill out I-907 part 2 sections 1-5 without leaving anything blank.

I also had the same doubt about ETA-750B. I realized I did not have it at the last minute I was about to mail. Then I revised my old PDF fillable form version I had from NIW signed it and placed it with the supporting documents. I still don't know if we need it, but send it off any way.

With the thanks giving holidays and all, expect delays and be patient.
