Confused w/ Labor

Hi -

Company A: Old Employer willing to apply Labor through PERM process.
Company B: Current Employer

Is it possible to get a 7th year H1-B extension from Company A if you are working with Company B? If Yes how does it work when you are holding the H1-B from Company B. Does this Labor needs to be approved or it can be in PENDING state.

Is it possible to get a 3-yr extension on H1-B using approved Labor from Company A while working for Company B?
