confused to follow processing times

I am trying to look at general processing times at immigration.com website. There are two processing times, USCIS and BCIS. I filed for 485, 765 and AP on sept 25, 2003 and just got 765 and AP approved. for the 485 based on EB1 category, which one to follwo. USCIS processing time shows a 2year backlog while BCIS shows 210 days in san francisco. which one to use? I am ofcourse referring to the general processing times. When I put my case # online, it says that it takes 760 days. All this is so confusing and frustrating...

Hi,

the procesing times for 485, and by USCIS i tihnk you are talking about the service centers. there are 4 service centers and you must have applied to california service center.

the BCIS processing time, i tihnk you are talking aboutt he local district office procesing times. sometimes esp for family based 485, the files are transfered from the regional service centers to the local ones. so when you file is transfereed you shd look at local otherwise you shd look at your regional service center.
