My labor got forwarded from State to Fedral in Dallas. The processing times suggest that DOL in dallas is process Nov. 2002 cases. My question is, what dates are considered when the labor is forwarded to Federal ??? for e.g. if my labor was recieved by the state in feb2003 and forwarded to federal in sept. 2003.
