Hi,
My application for GC #1 was denied on Sep 20 2004, Appealed and the decision is returned to CSC on March 4 2005 but
CSC still didnot inform the decision yet, either to my employer or attroney.
On March 8 The status msg for my Appealed(GC#1) 140/Appeal said
"On March 4, 2005, we received this case back from the Administrative Appeals Office. If any further action is
appropriate, we will notify you when it is taken."
What is the decision? How do I know the AAO decision whether or not my 140 is approved?
Applied GC #2 with spouse as primary applicant (as GC#1 485 is terminated) I completed my FP for my GC #2 on March
15 2005
On March 23 the status msg for my Appealed (GC#1) 485 said
"On March 23, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence
or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further
action is needed, or when a decision is made"
Now I still dont know whether or not my GC #1 140 is approved? 485 is re-isntated? but the msg says the processing
on my 485 is resumed?
Why does the 485 msg for GC#1 is updated when I completed my GC#2 FP? techincally my GC #1 485 is terminated untill
my 140 is approved and I didnot do FP for that 485.
I called the Service Center (1800-375-5283) the lady says she has no idea and she is confused to on how the msg for
a 485 is updated if FP is not done for it and she hung up.
I am very confused and concerned How can I know whats happening?
I contacted my earlier attroney he asked me to make the inquiry myself.
